At Bestar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furniture purchase. If your new piece doesn't fit your space or meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Bestar account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Disassemble the furniture if necessary and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure safe transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized home freight partners to schedule a convenient time to collect the items from your residence.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture, a full refund minus applicable restocking fees will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
